True to the Tiffany vision, this wonderful piece features hand-crafted copper-foiled glass in the shade using a design originally created in the studio of Louis Comfort Tiffany by renowned craftman Curtis Freschel.

The three-dimensional raised corners also represent a Tiffany innovation. Colors are intense because of the use of the "favrile" technique of mixing the colors for the glass while hot. Once the blended glass is cool it is then hand cut and joined using copper foil.

You'll find the golden jeweled glow provided by this piece makes a wonderful counterpoint to rich wood furniture (especially oak and mahogany finishes). The cast metal zinc base has been finished in antique bronze tones: The perfect compliment to the lamp and also true to the Tiffany tradition.

Lamp features two weighted pulls and uses two 60 watt bulbs. Measures 18" wide and 26" high.
